Civil Engineering Works

Design and construction of the structures a site depends on, from foundations to finished works.

We handle civil works end to end — survey and setting out, foundations, reinforced concrete structures, and the drainage and access that make a site usable. Every project is run by a qualified engineer with a documented method statement before a machine moves.

Road Construction & Rehabilitation

New carriageways, estate roads and the rehabilitation of failed surfaces.

From earthworks and sub-base through to asphalt or rigid pavement, we build roads specified to the traffic they will actually carry. Rehabilitation starts with finding why the existing road failed — drainage, subgrade or loading — so the repair lasts longer than the last one. Delivered Lagos State roads for Lekki LCDA in 2016.

Building Construction

Residential, commercial and institutional buildings delivered turnkey.

We build to the drawings and to the programme — structure, envelope, services and finishes under one contract, with a single point of accountability. Clients get a weekly progress report against the programme, not a phone call when the date slips. Portfolio includes Lagos HOMS for H.F.P Nigeria Ltd, the Lagos State Fire Station at Lekki Peninsular, and 15+ custom homes in Victoria Garden City.

Structural Design & Engineering

Analysis, design and detailing, stamped by a registered structural engineer.

Structural design grounded in the loads a building will really see, delivered as drawings a site team can build from. We also carry out integrity assessments on existing structures — the honest answer on whether it can be strengthened or has to come down.

Water & Drainage Infrastructure

Drainage, culverts and water systems that hold up through the rainy season.

Most structural failures we are called to repair start as a drainage problem. We design and build storm drainage, culverts and water reticulation sized on real catchment data, so the system copes with the peak rather than the average. Delivered the Otolu Village drainage scheme for Lekki LCDA.

Project Management & Consultancy

Programme, cost and quality control on projects built by others.

Where you already have a contractor, we act for you — reviewing designs, valuing work done, controlling variations and holding the programme. You get an independent read on progress from someone whose fee does not depend on the contractor's invoice.

Site Preparation & Earthworks

Clearing, excavation, filling and compaction to specified levels.

Getting a site to formation level correctly is the cheapest insurance a project buys. We clear, cut, fill and compact to tested density, and record it — so the layers underneath the structure are documented rather than assumed.

Renovation & Remodelling

Bringing existing buildings up to standard without starting over.

Renovation on an occupied or ageing building is a sequencing problem as much as a building one. We phase the work so the parts still in use stay safe and usable, and we survey before we quote so the price reflects what is actually behind the wall.
