Engineers who build what they design
Kulaptech is a civil engineering company built on a simple idea: the person who prices the work should be the person who supervises it.
A contractor you can hold to a date
Kulaptech Nigeria Limited is a civil engineering and construction company working across Nigeria. We build roads, buildings, drainage and structural works — and we take on the parts of a project most contractors would rather subcontract and forget, because those are usually the parts that fail.
Founded in 2005, the company was built on the conviction that construction in Nigeria does not have to mean a moving completion date and a final account nobody recognises. Every project we take runs to a written programme, with variations agreed before the work is done rather than discovered afterwards.
21 years on, that approach has kept us working for clients who came back — the measure of a contractor that matters more than any brochure.

Olawunmi founded Kulaptech in 2005 after almost two decades at H.F.P Engineering Nigeria Limited, where he rose to the managerial cadre of the Engineering Consultancy Department from 1987. He is ARCON-registered, holds a Master's in Architecture from KNUCA in Ukraine, and served as Public Relations Officer of the Nigerian Institute of Architects, Lagos State chapter. Before Kulaptech he worked on Victoria Garden City, Dolphin Estate, Danny Estate (Ebute-Meta), Aramed Medical Centre in Ibadan, Opolo Housing Estate in Bayelsa, and AIICO Plaza on Victoria Island. Every drawing that leaves Kulaptech is signed by him.
Eleven professionals, one hundred and eighty combined years
Beyond the leadership, Kulaptech carries a full multi-disciplinary team — architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, a land surveyor, an electrical engineer and an accountant — whose experience is the reason we can hold a written weekly programme against any project.

Four commitments, kept in writing
These are not aspirations. Each one shows up as something specific in how a Kulaptech project is run.
Integrity
The price we quote is the price we bill. Variations are agreed in writing before the work is done, never discovered on the final account.
Quality
Specified materials, tested and recorded. We would rather lose a bid than build something we would not stand behind.
Safety
Nobody's project is worth an injury. Site safety is a condition of working with us, for our staff and our subcontractors alike.
Accountability
One named engineer owns your project from mobilisation to handover, and answers the phone after it.
Scale, and the discipline to use it
Plant, people and process — the three things a client is really buying when they award a contract.

Recorded, not assumed
The difference between a site that is safe and one that merely looks safe is paperwork nobody enjoys. We do it anyway.
Architect-led, not sales-led
Every project is signed by our ARCON-registered principal architect, Olawunmi Agbaje. Since 2005, no exceptions.
Programme you can hold us to
You get a dated programme before we mobilise and a written progress report against it every week of the build.
Safety as a condition of work
Documented method statements, site inductions and enforced PPE. A site that is unsafe is also, reliably, a site that is behind.
Materials tested, not assumed
Concrete cubes, compaction density and steel certificates are recorded and handed over with the as-built drawings.
Work with us
Whether you are ready to build or still deciding whether to, we are happy to look at it with you.
